The Ford Motor Company manufactures sheet metal stampings and welded sub-assemblies for the company’s automotive car and truck assembly plants in the USA, Canada and Mexico. The 30,925 square foot expansion was to be connected to an existing manufacturing space.
During construction, Tedesco Construction Services utilized a flexible flashing condition to accommodate the existing asbestos wall panels. The project was completed in six months while the existing facility remained completely operational.
